You can delete the data we hold about you at any time. Tilevale doesn't use accounts with a name or email: what we store is tied to an anonymous identifier.
Option 1 · From the game (immediate)
Open Tilevale with an internet connection.
Go to Settings → Account & help.
Tap “Delete my server data” and confirm with a second tap.
Your account, progress, coins, boosters, gifts and all your help messages with their contact detail are deleted from our server straight away. Your progress stays on your phone, but without a cloud backup.
Option 2 · By email (if you no longer have the game)
Write to dextechgate@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data” and include your player ID or your recovery code (both are shown in Settings → Account & help). Without one of them we can't tell which data is yours, because we don't store your name. We'll delete your data and confirm within 30 days.
What is deleted and what isn't
Deleted: account, progress, coins, experience, boosters, operation history, pending gifts and help messages (with the contact detail).
May remain, without identifying you: an anonymous entry in the service's technical log saying a deletion took place, and crash reports (they carry no identifier and are removed automatically after 90 days).
Data on your phone: removed when you uninstall the game or clear its data in Android settings.
Ads: if you've watched ads, Google processes its own data under its policy; you can manage it at myadcenter.google.com.
If you don't open the game for 24 months, the account is deleted automatically. More in the privacy policy.
