Tilevale (“the game”) is developed and published by Jose Manuel Lopez Diaz, an individual. Contact: dextechgate@gmail.com
Postal address: Calle Papagayo 13, bajo exterior, 28025 Madrid
The game is free and for personal use. By installing and playing it you accept these terms. You can play offline; some features (progress backup, gifts, help) need the internet.
You may not tamper with the game, its server or its economy (modifying the program, forging requests, deliberately exploiting bugs, etc.). The server checks economy operations; we may limit or block accounts that cheat.
You don't need to sign up. The game creates an anonymous account and a recovery code. You are responsible for keeping it safe and not sharing it: anyone who has it can recover your account. If you lose it, write to us from “Help” with a contact detail and we'll see how we can help.
If enabled, ads are always optional (you only see one if you choose to, to get a boost or double a reward). They are served by a third party (Google AdMob) under the terms described in the privacy policy.
We do our best to keep the game working well, but it is provided “as is”, with no guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We may update it, change its content or, if it's ever no longer maintained, withdraw it with reasonable notice. This doesn't limit any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
The game, its art, music and code belong to its author or to those who licensed them. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play. You may not copy, decompile or distribute it, except where the law expressly allows.
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect damages arising from use of the game (for example, losing progress on a device with no cloud backup). Nothing here excludes liability that can't legally be excluded.
How we process your data is explained in the privacy policy, and how to delete it in delete your data.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. For any question or complaint, please write to us first at dextechgate@gmail.com.
