In short: Tilevale works without signing up. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number to play. We keep an anonymous identifier and your progress so you don't lose it, and nothing else except what you write to us if you ask for help. We don't sell data or build advertising profiles.

We don't access your contacts, location, photos, microphone or camera. We use no cookies or trackers on this site.
Tilevale is free. It may optionally offer you a video ad in exchange for a boost or to double a reward; ads are never shown by surprise during a game. When this feature is on, the ad is served by Google AdMob. Because the game is suitable for all audiences, we configure it with child-directed treatment: non-personalised ads, suitable for everyone, with no advertising profiles. Google may process technical device data to serve and measure the ad; see Google's privacy policy. You can play without ever watching an ad.
We don't sell or hand over your data to anyone else, except where required by law.
You can delete your server data at any time from Settings → Account & help → Delete my server data, or by asking by email. More details in how to delete your data.
The recovery code and your device secret are stored on the server only as an irreversible fingerprint (a hash with a secret key). Anyone who knows your code can recover your account: keep it somewhere safe and don't share it. Communications use HTTPS, and administrative access is protected by passwords, expiring sessions and a log of every change.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to dextechgate@gmail.com with your player ID (shown in Account) or your recovery code so we can find your data. We'll reply within one month. If you believe we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the supervisory authority of your country.
Tilevale is suitable for all ages and anyone can play without giving personal data. “Help” messages ask for a contact detail: if you are under 14, ask an adult to write it with you and to use their own contact. If we find that a child has sent us contact details without a parent or guardian knowing, we'll delete them. Ads, if enabled, are always non-personalised.
If we change this policy, we'll publish the new version here with its date. For important changes, we'll tell you in the game.
